This is a new initiative to provide a small house design if you are thinking of building your first home to accommodate you for 5-15 years (and much longer depending on if your needs remain consistent). This is the self sustainable cabin home sits on stilts. Treated timber/wood construction with concrete pads. Favored gum poles. Standardized pre-fab steel sizes. Provides open plan comfortable studio apartment. Solar panels encouraged (provision made for them).
