Hidden on the remote Little Cayman island, this plantation influenced residence is built for off-grid, high-end luxury with elevated spaces to maximize vistas of views. All circulation areas merge with deep outdoor decks and celebrate the warm easy climate of the Caribbean. This house holds 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom on the third floor. The second floor holds an open plan living, dining and lounge area with clear views to the surrounds. The master bedroom lays on a split level between the Second and Third - providing more private deck space and surveillance. The ground floor is a wash through in preparation for any hurricane/raise in water levels. We are very proud of the design take on the plantation home with additions of modern shading devices, simplicity in construction, a play on the deck area and an addition of the widows walk.
