This project included a 95sqm pavilion that could be used as either guest accommodation or an entertainment space. Set in a terraced garden in an estate with a renovated face brick house, the pavilion overlooks the bocce court. A new lap-pool, one level below the pavilion, would add to the multi-purpose intent.
A steel frame was chosen to compliment an existing conservatory on the estate and to allow for rapid construction.
